HAULMIX Fully Automatic Concrete Mixers produce Concrete by weighing all ingredients of concrete on weight basis using electronic loadcells. A liquid weigh batcher weighs water and two chemical additives in a separate weigh hopper onboard the vehicle. This gives high quality consistent concrete each batch as per the design mix.

Since the chemical additives are weighed and added to the water hopper, a complete dispersion of the chemical additives is achieved. The mixture of water and chemical additives is added to the mixer in a few seconds after the fine aggregates, and binders are added to the mixer while aggregates are added after another small delay.

The HAULMIX Truck-mounted Mobile Concrete mixer is adapted to have a fully automatic PLC controlled operation. The PLC panel integrates the Patented Hydraulic circuit and electronic load cells and works on 24 VDC supply

The display is designed to show and record each step of the cycle. It stores the cycle data, history and PDF batch-sheet. Concrete is produced by weighing each ingredient on weight basis including water and chemical additives.
